DER encoder uses indefinite length for constructed sequences

This does not comply with DER encoding rules, which (IIUC) forbids the use of indefinite lengths.

It seems that OpenSSL doesn't complain, at least for some functions/versions, but the version of BoringsSL that I'm using does.

You are right. It is more a CER encoding than a DER one. It will fix this in the next version
