Enable build with Carthage

Hi,

while trying to add this repository and build it with Carthage, I got the following error:

Dependency "CTSlidingUpPanel" has no shared framework schemes for any of the platforms: iOS

Hm, I've never used Carthage. But I think it's very easy to enable it

I'll look into it soon
