Hi,

sorry about your pull request, it came at a very busy time for me.

Have you had success with your patch? I'm wondering because the plugin opens an SSH tunnel through cf ssh. In my experience, cf ssh does not work in locked-down networks that require a proxy. Which could be for several reasons, e.g.

• cf ssh was disabled in the environments I have seen
• The proxies had CONNECT disabled
• cf ssh might not support HTTP proxies. I didn't look at the code yet.
