BUG on 3D Touch

Describe the bug If you are using 3D Touch, so if you "peek" with small intensity a Cell of a Table and you scroll up or down the UINavigationBar did scroll too.

Expected behavior No scrolling (hiding UINavigationBar) on active 3D Touch (while "peek").
