BIOPERLML changes on release

Carnë Draug (@carandraug) tried generating a new BioPerl release this morning and noticed that two modules were missing comaint permissions. Delving into this in more detail, he found the following, which happened around the time of the release:

What appears to have happened is that two modules in the release had all the co-maints dropped. This can also be seen on the MetaCPAN page:

No one has actively requested this as far as I know, and the only way I can think of this occurring is if one of the users with permissions for BIOPERLML was able to make the change. Is there a way to assess whether this is a bug, and (if not) who may have requested this change?

I should add, I went into PAUSE after the post and added @carandraug to one of the modules (Bio::Tools::AnalysisResult). The other (Bio::Search::Tiling::MapTileUtils ) isn't showing up at all in the MetaCPAN link above, though it does appear here:

Not sure what is going on.
