chargeAmount.Amount Error with JPY

Hi! I always get "The value '64615.90' provided for 'chargeAmount.Amount' is invalid" when try to checkout with JPY. If I manually set chargeAmount to an integer seems to work. Is there any problem with decimals in JPY?
