Progress Bar versus Individual Failures

There should be better handling of individual submission steps failing.

Suggestion: lets have a submission panel that blocks the UI during submission. The individual items would receive a check mark or an X if they work or not. There would be a close button. Instead of copying the Rdar to the clipboard via option, I would add that on the submission panel with a button for copying it.

Then if the credential for one of the services don't work, the you could go to the preferences, fix that and next to an X there would be a retry button.
