Add Tulips plotting to AMUSE (or add support for AMUSE files to Tulips)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Tulips (https://bitbucket.org/elaplace/tulips/, by @evalaplace) is a tool to create diagrams of the structure and evolution of stars. It currently works only with Mesa. It would be nice to also allow it to work with other stellar interior codes via AMUSE.

Describe the solution you'd like Create an interface for Tulips in AMUSE, or alternatively add support for AMUSE files to Tulips. Need to decide which is the better / easier approach.

Another alternative could be adding AMUSE support to mesaplot (https://github.com/rjfarmer/mesaplot, by @rjfarmer).
