data directory to be fixed

for some packages, the install doesn't include data directories. These could/should be moved to the code dirs themselves but this needs some fixes (see also #391):

codes with input data: sphray, mmams, fi ,mpiamrvac, simplex , evtwin and. mesa

class to be fixed: CodeWithDataDirectories

the output is already redirected to CWD/output I think

this needs a bit more priority - during the summerschool it turned out that evtwin would not work w/o setting the data directories by hand
