problem with password reset MISP

Hello everybody

I have a problem when I try to reset the password in MISP

I tried with the different ways like

This is the new way

/var/www/MISP/app/Console/cake user change_pw [email protected] Examplen10$54321

I got this message when I run the command

Password for [email protected] changed

This is the old one method

Warning: This method is deprecated. Next time please use cake user change_pw [user] [password].

/var/www/MISP/app/Console/cake Password [email protected] Examplen10$54321

I used the 2 ways and when I tried to enter my email and pass in MISP i got the error

I don't know why these 2 methods not working in my MISP instance

I tried the 2 ways and not working

I checked the error.log but nothing

If someone can help me I really appreciate your support
