Story cover image wrong aspect ratio

I have an error message saying that my aspect ratio is wrong but when I change it, the error does not go away.

I am adding story cover images 700 pixels by 933 pixels.

Can someone tell me the correct pixel sizes I should be using to get rid of this error or is it a bug?
