Localization broken link on Doc page

Bonjour,

I would like to contribute to the AMP project as I already do for other projects in fr-FR.

While looking for a way to contribute, I found on https://amp.dev/documentation/guides-and-tutorials/contribute/ this broken link AMP Translation Initiative

Besides the fact that the link is down, please tell me how to contribute in l10n.
