Revamp Plugins Docs

We need to revise our plugins documentation to better align with our current app functionality and provide more value to our users.

• Remove the outdated Plugins List page
• Transform "How To Use Plugins" into "Plugins Explained":
  • Maintain existing content on changing and modifying plugins
  • Add explanations and highlight differences between Node.js and .NET plugins
  • Include information about .NET plugins (marked as coming soon)
  • Reorganize content as needed for better flow and clarity
  • Add a section on Plugin Guides
