why is python3.6 not longer supported?

3.6 is a stable version of python, which remains a lot users. It's a little bit sad that it doesn't support 3.6 from v0.0.65

@skykiseki 3.6 will reach the end of life this year, in 5 months, and another important reason is numpy which toad dependent on was no longer supporting py3.6 since 1.20.x
