add ZLIB to CMakeLists.txt target_link_libraries()

addresses failures to statically link CTL to OpenEXR 2.x, which was due to the missing linkage to ZLIB, as discussed in issue #134. In OpenEXR 3.x, the linkage to ZLIB is automatic.
