Launch forum.amon.cx with discourse.org

It would be really nice to have an official forum for amon. This will help and boost the community around it. Please host it using discourse.org which is easy to setup and mantain and it can be run in a docker container.

Looking forward to exchange knowledge in the forum with other amon users to help improve this awesome product! :-)

@DerDanilo This might be a good idea. I am starting to organize for the upcoming Amon 7.0 release and will consider implementing a discourse forum.
