Update hibernate dialect in Test Environment

This pull request addresses an issue with the Hibernate dialect configuration for the H2 database in the spring-boot-fullstack-professional project. The application.properties file located in the test directory had an incorrect Hibernate dialect configuration, which caused errors during testing.

Change Made:

• Updated the application.properties file in the test directory to set the Hibernate dialect to org.hibernate.dialect.H2Dialect, ensuring compatibility with the H2 database during testing.
