Bug Ticket/ID could be redesigned to add bug report URL's

Currently as of now, when we try to add a new contribution, the BUG ID/Ticket is not accepting the BUG reported URL and instead is asking for a numerical value. bug id

Entering the ticket number for each new bug doesn't make sense and it would be good if it can be changed so as to accept Bug reported URL and the other one for the pull request.
