Windows 8 Support

This is really great!

I'm having some difficulty getting the "hello world" example running. After setting up the TOML / SRC / resources folders and files I just get a Windows error that says "The procedure entry point AdjustWindowRectExForDpi could not be located in the dynamic link library "My path to hellorust.exe""

I get a Rust error / panic that says "Exit code: 0xc0000139, STATUS_ENTRYPOINT_NOT_FOUND"

I've tried in both release and debug mode.

I'm on Windows 8, if that matters.

Apparently winit has merged a fix for this upstream, so I just have to wait for that to hit mainline.
