What package is missing from Amazon Linux 2023? Please describe and include package name. Ruby 3.3

Is this an update to existing package or new package request? 3.3 is the latest Ruby release, whereas currently only 3.2 is supported

Is this package available in Amazon Linux 2? If it is available via external sources such as EPEL, please specify. Possibly, but don't have access to an AL2 box to check

Any additional information you'd like to include. (use-cases, etc) Updated support for Ruby projects with a version besides 3.2 required. Would be nice if it could be an option to pick Ruby 3.2 or 3.3, similar to the PHP offering where PHP 8.1, 8.2, and 8.3 are all offered.

There's even a Lambda runtime for Ruby 3.3 based on Amazon Linux 2023. Hoping this will make it into 2023.6 🙏
