[Feature Request] - nano as default EDITOR

Have a :heart:, ship nano by default.

Having nano be the default editor would be great to have in AL2025, including displaying line numbers by default! (I do not understand why this is not the default behavior in either nano or vi)

Strong vote against making it default. Currently on a google-search-binge to try to see why I can't get rid of nano as the default root editor. I'd remove it totally if I didn't have other users that won't learn vim
