Gnome has an option called "Active Screen Edges", that allows you to resize windows by dragging them to screen edges. This extension has similar behavior, but you can't disable it. And also, in case with this extension, it actually duplicates functionality of other gestures, so disabling it makes sense, because it will allow you to move windows outside the border.
