Support Apple Silicon

I think it might be easy to add native Apple Silicon support (just build the project in the latest Xcode?)

I would build it myself if I didn't get this error about missing an 'Images' file (any help appreciated): error: .../PiPer-1.0.4/src/safari/Extension/Resources/images: No such file or directory (in target 'PiPerExt' from project 'PiPer')
