Make Greenish a distributed app

In theory Greenish scripts can run on multiple machines. They should be able to talk to the central app (Greenish master). The advantages of this are:

  • You can indefinitely add monitoring jobs by using more and more weaker machines (instead of having a beefy one)
  • Monitoring scripts can live closer to the storage
