Fried counter circuit

I made a binary counter using levers and an AND gate. when I used the blueprint the circuit crashed. after that I realized that I couldn't place anything on the original circuit.

if it looks normal it breaks when given input. its something to do with the lever.

the T-latch blueprint doesn't work when its a circuit on a circuit.
