Multimeter update frequency

Due to the multimeter only displaying wire state every # ticks, it wont always show 1 tick flash or repeating 1 ticks without a long wait. Makes it hard to find some issues. Would it be possible eg. Hold ctrl while holding rmb it could show the wire state every tick as a graph or value. To be able to see rising/falling per tick would be awesomly useful.
