Decommission Safe Place API

The Safe Place API will be decommissioned on the 12th of April 2024. Removed references of the API from:

  • README
  • Amadeus.java
  • Resource models
  • Classes under src/main/java/com/amadeus
  • Integration tests under src/test/resources/__files
  • Unit tests at NamespaceTest.java
