API: /req/devlist returns no devices

I am redesigning the internal communication on the FPGA due to some "lost" USB transactions, which I suspect might affect detection of USB devices sometimes. Still, might be the list itself, not sure I am filling any data so far. Still, I will need to discuss with you how the USB devices can be configured (and how data is stored).
