Missing create Plan

Hello, I'm using the Conekta library and I want to create a Plan but apparently in the documentation it doesn't indicate how to do it, reviewing the code I found that it was not implemented, any recommendations?

Looks like we haven't created the wrapper for that endpoint, I would appreciate if you want to contribute, if not I believe I can work on this soon of later.
