Added rotation behaviour.

Added two new flags:

  • ImGuiKnobFlags_RotateRelative
  • ImGuiKnobFlags_RotateAbsolute

With them you have to move around the knob in a circular way. Keyboard input is not currently implemented for these modes.

I attach a video of the relative mode.
