Feature Request: Wiper knob with custom wiper start/stop

Hi @altschuler, thanks for the great lib! I am wondering if it would be possible to have customization on the wiper drawing.

I would like to be able to set the wiper from the current value to another specific point.

Examples

Wiper from current value to some modulation depth.

FL Studio mixer panning

Wiper from current value to midpoint for pan
