When running backpac -UF:

PACKAGES NOT INSTALLED: packages listed in backpac config but not installed:

libsoup-gnome libwebkit3

libwebkit3 is actually installed

$ pacman -Qs libwebkit local/libwebkit3 1.6.1-1 An opensource web content engine (for GTK3)
