File_Install_Config: command not found

When running backpac -UF:

install: cannot open `/etc/sudoers' for reading: Permission denied /usr/share/backpac/lib/common: line 630: File_Install_Config: command not found

It'd be nice to handle the sudoers file, but if it's not handled, perhaps a graceful error message?
