This pull request is to add the project done by the team consisting of:

• Jaison John
• Avinash Deyyam

The project folder is called "Bank Marketing Causal Inference" and has been added to the "Projects" folder.

The new folder consists of a README.md file which explains the project in brief and consists of the team details as well as the link to the video for the project. The folder also consists of the jupyter notebook named "DOWHY_Tutorial.ipynb" which is the tutorial we have made for the causal reasoning analysis.
