Link in repo sidebar is broken.

Low-priority change. The https://tdt-documentation.london.cloudapps.digital/ link in this repositories sidebar is currently broken:

This site can’t be reached Check if there is a typo in tdt-documentation.london.cloudapps.digital. DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I am not sure if it needs updating or is no longer relevant?

Hey, yup. That site hasn't existed for some time since GOV.UK PaaS was decommissioned. As far as I'm aware, it was never replaced (though the source is still available at https://github.com/alphagov/tdt-documentation) - I'll discuss with others but likely end up removing it. :) Thank you!
