Upload Blob in Chunks

Do you have any plans to implment some way to upload Blobs in Chunks? specially on AzureBlobStorage?

Not at the moment, I don't think it will be portable. You're welcome to try though.

Please see Issue # 218 and the proposed Pull Request. Azure has 3 types of blobs (Block, Append and Page). The AzureBlobStorage class uses Block blobs which have do not support append operations. I created another implementation of the IAzureBlobStorage interface that uses Append blobs as an alternative for those who need the append functionality. I am using this implementation with a tus.io server for chunked uploads.
