Arc Browser won't Open

I have been using Browser Tamer successfully for a year without issues. All of a sudden the last few days it can't open link in Arc Browser. It doesn't seem to be having an issue with other browsers. I opened BT and the icon for Arc was generic. I used Rediscover Browsers and now it sees Arc again but it is still not opening Arc. I activated Write clicks to hit_log.csv and it is seeing the rules and choosing Arc but not actually opening Arc. I'm not sure what my next steps are to fix the issue.
