GUI missing, not starting

Hi. I am using Linux Mint 21 Cinnamon in virtual machine to test things and eventually install it on my server. I installed When with .deb. When I installed it, the interface, commands and notifications were working. When I restarted, I do not see any interface, any icon in the taskbar. When cannot be opened at all. I only see notification that one of my tasks has failed. Reinstalling does not fix this, also tried purge. I hope this will be maintained and someone can help me, because the program is really useful and needed in Linux. When Wizard too looks awesome. I can test things if needed.
