Bug in generation, sample Chess.png never works with this library regardless of settings.

I think something is wrong with this WFC implementation.

The standard implementation handles the sample Chess.png no problem, but this implementation fails on Chess.png 100% of the time regardless of settings (periodic, symmetry, ground, etc).
