[GTNH]New low tier Turbine Blades not working (Bronze and iron ones)

Issue Title

Turbine Blades not working (Bronze and iron ones) They not get any damage and not clean the air.

Expected Behavior

Put them in pollution gone.

Current Behavior

Only Battery power get used but filter and turbine not take damage The battery slot (slow under the filter and turbine slot) cant be used for batteries anymore. Normal gt turbine blades works well.

Possible Solution

please fix it because i wand to updte GTNH to 2.0.9.0 Asap.
