Suggestion: Add config options to multiblocks

I suggest adding these config options for multiblocks added by GT++, to enable/disable/balance features from default values:

Power Substation

  • Storage Amount Multiplier

Processing Multiblocks

  • Parallel per voltage tier
  • EU usage reduction (allow values >1 too for even more customization?)
  • Speed bonus
  • Casings required

No. Not adding 200+ configs to accomodate 50+ multiblocks.
