增加一个文件/夹软链功能，以便更好得管理文件&分享文件

这个issue其实与https://github.com/alist-org/alist/issues/109 重复了@Xhofe在https://github.com/alist-org/alist/commit/e09a75a87cb19b796e3b29ffc7b22334cdf12afa 中实现了文件软连接的功能。但是这个方法在V3中并不工作。

所以希望在V3中实现https://github.com/alist-org/alist/issues/109 中的功能

Suggested solution / 实现思路

https://github.com/alist-org/alist/commit/e09a75a87cb19b796e3b29ffc7b22334cdf12afa 中实现了，只是需要移植到V3上
