Don't use png extension pictures, in the avatar folder, replace with the pictures you want, use a or d to change the picture.

After you replace picture in folder. Ensure you restart the conda

Hello I’m having issues after downloading network weights and place vox-adv-cpk.pth.tar file in the avatarify-python directory then I Run run_windows.bat

what exactly is the issue you face and what type of pc are you using
