ImportError: DLL load failed. The specified module could not be found error

I get this error after successful installation

The error comes up when I try to run avatarify.

When I type run_windows.bat, that's when I see the error

You're supposed to answer the questions in the new issue template, otherwise it will be very difficult for anyone to help you. Look up how to copy text from a terminal if you don't know how, the whole log showing exactly what commands you have run and what responses/errors you got would be useful.

@Rams12634 that's something entirely different and completely unrelated to this issue report. Use the search function to find other issues mentioning "in_addr" and perhaps you find something you can try.
