Update the pip package?

Hello! I'm a big fan of this library and use it a lot. Great work!

I recently opened a second Ally account, and they issued me an account with both numbers and letters in the identifier. I notice that this issue (https://github.com/alienbrett/PyAlly/issues/64) was fixed and merged (https://github.com/alienbrett/PyAlly/pull/75), however, it appears that the pip package has not been updated since late 2020 (according to https://pypi.org/project/pyally/#history), so I am still facing this issue even though it was fixed.

If you could fix and upgrade the pip package or add a GitHub action to update it, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
