fix: Fix tooltip being covered by other elements

tooltip的class为lc-tips-container，其祖先lce-container的position为fixed，形成了新的层叠上下文，右侧设置器ArraySetter弹出的卡片与lce-container共处一个stacking context，且z-index大于lce-container，从而造成tooltip被遮盖，所以将tooltip挂载至body。
