idleTimeout新设置参数未生效

问题描述： 8月18日设置后，重新启动cobar —cobar设置连接空闲断开间隔时间（秒数，30天） vi server.xml 2592000

连接空闲超时时间在FrontendConnectionFactory类中写死了 protected long idleTimeout = 8 * 3600 * 1000L;
