TxtFileReader 配置参数csvReaderConfig不起作用

设置了csvReaderConfig相关参数，分隔符，但是不起作用

csvReaderConfig 里 再加一条 "useCustomRecordDelimiter":true 试下

可行话帮忙反馈一下，我更新一下README
