When using Ollama, model numbers are wrong.

Steps to reproduce: export OLLAMA_API_BASE=http://x.x.x.x:11434/v1 cai /model-show

Notice it says "Model changed to: xai/grok-code-fast-1" instead of deepseek-r1:8b
