Add get_contact to GoogleContactsApi::Contacts

Added a method for retrieving a single contact for a given contact_id.

Overall this looks ok, just need to make sure the public-facing api still makes sense in my head. Also need to take out the version bump

I have reverted the version to 0.7.1.
